  • I doubt if the constitution has anything to do with it. The government can generally pass whatever laws they want to benefit the general good (ie, income taxes, seat belts, speed limits, etc.).

  • I finally got an offer on my house after 3 years. I tried to see it for about 6 months, rented it out for another 1-1/2 years, and put it back on the market again after the tenant moved out. I was about to rent it out again when the offer arrived.

  • Personally, I think people that travel during the peak of the holiday season are crazy. You've got to be a masochist to do such a thing especially with the airlines offering fewer flights. I would much rather travel a week of two after the holiday.
